Our client is an established main contractor with a strong portfolio of large-scale infrastructure and mixed development projects in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced Senior M&E Manager / M&E Project Manager to lead M&E construction activities and coordinate with key project stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all M&E construction activities on site, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
- Oversee M&E works, site coordination, progress, quality and workmanship.
- Coordinate closely with M&E consultants, engineers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and relevant statutory authorities on technical and submission matters.
- Review design deliverables, drawings and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues, RFIs and design clarifications to minimise delays to construction progress.
- Develop and review method statements and provide technical solutions where required.
- Monitor compliance with authority requirements, approved designs and project specifications.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration of M&E works with overall project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant M&E experience in infrastructure, LTA, mixed development or large-scale building projects.
- Proven experience managing M&E works from design coordination through construction and completion.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction coordination and statutory requirements.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, clients and authorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Central
- Working hours: 5.5 Days
- Salary: up to S$11,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
