Responsibility

• Follow up with customer leads and guide them through the purchase journey with empathy and professionalism.

• Recommend memorial and keepsake products, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and preferences.

• Manage appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Engage customers to help them select suitable memorial products, building trust and satisfaction.

• Drive sales through personalized interactions while fostering long-term customer relationships.

• Handle sales appointments and follow-ups efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets.

Requirement

• Minimum ITE education level in any field
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Minimum 1-2 years in B2C sales experience
• Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
