What You'll Be Doing -

• Engage with walk-in prospects and follow up on leads to drive new membership sales
• Understand each customer's lifestyle and goals to recommend suitable membership packages
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong rapport with members and prospects through excellent customer service
• Support club events, promotions, and outreach activities
• Work closely with the club team to ensure a seamless member experience

What We're Looking For -

• A people-person with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated by targets and passionate about sales
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales experience preferred, but fresh candidates who are sales-driven are welcome
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Able to work on weekends, and public holidays
