Membership Assistant Manager

Role Overview

The Membership Senior Executive /Assistant Manager is responsible for driving membership growth by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified individuals and corporate clients into members of 33Club.

The successful candidate will consistently achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional membership journey from the first introduction through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new membership acquisition through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct personalised club tours and present the value proposition of 33Club to prospective members.
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, family offices, private bankers, senior executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Generate qualified leads through networking events, member referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the complete membership sales process from lead generation to onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective members.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly membership sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent 33Club with professionalism while upholding the club's prestige and reputation.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in membership sales, luxury hospitality, relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or corporate sales.
• Experience engaging HNW individuals and senior decision-makers.
• Existing professional network within entrepreneurship, finance, private banking, or luxury lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, commercially driven, and target-oriented.
• Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
