Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic computer systems and booking platforms
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
