Who we are

Our thesis is humans will always be needed for high-impact, high-stakes decisions, alongside agents. We are building the context layer for humans and agents in regulated industries.

What you'll be working on

You'll work closely with the founders to build out our product and tech stack to help service our customers in the defence, public security and FSI sector. Your focus will be on building agentic systems and optimising AI infrastructure for data processing and agent orchestration.

You're product-minded with strong execution skills, and a desire to build from zero. Our expectation is that:

•⁠ ⁠You take initiative to solve problems even when they aren't under your purview

•⁠ ⁠You understand you can't solo run the game: being a A++ member of the team is what goes

•⁠ ⁠You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements can change quickly

•⁠ ⁠You will fight a problem tooth and nail to see it to solved

Competencies

•⁠ ⁠Languages: Python, Typescript. Knowing your decorators, threads and processes; factory, singleton patterns, and everything in between

•⁠ ⁠Experience with LLMs, agentic patterns and harness engineering. Extra points with self-hosting using vLLM, SGLang

•⁠ ⁠Toolmaxxing: knowing how to leverage Claude Code to move fast with your past experience in building software as its backstop

•⁠ ⁠Applied machine learning experience: You don't need to know how to finetune a model, but you are expected to know where and how things might go wrong with modern ML models and what to look for

•⁠ ⁠On-device deployment experience is a plus

You'll have access to play with some of the latest Nvidia GPUs when you work with us.

Location & Compensation

We're currently hiring in Singapore and Malaysia. SGD60-100k/year with equity.
