As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Process Development, Wet, NAND, you will be responsible for...

• Leading project level initiatives focused on development of wet processes.
• Carrying out complex experiments and support process integration under guidance of senior staff members.
• Facilitating technology transfer and assist in ramp up; maintaining accurate records and prepare technical reports.
• Mentoring early career staff; participating in multi functional problem solving; driving continuous improvement and optimization.
• Contributing to documentation of guidelines/SOPs and knowledge management; stay current on emerging technologies and wet processing advancements.

What you already have...

• PhD ≥8 yrs, or Master's ≥11 yrs, or Bachelor's ≥13 yrs of relevant experience in
• Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,
• Deep understanding of vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, selective chemical etching; experience fixing process issues and supporting transfer R&D → manufacturing
