We are looking for someone who is
Hospitality-focused
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members
Proactive and resourceful
Adaptable and accountable
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Deliver warm and professional service in all interactions, maintaining a strong and welcoming presence across all Member touchpoints.
Take ownership and handle all enquiries, feedback, and requests from Members promptly and professionally.
Manage daily operations at the various Member touchpoints and ensure the space is ready for events, if any.
Responsible for end-to-end Membership administration and provide the full range of Concierge services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of Club activities and functions.
