Position: Meeting Coordinator
Purpose of the Role
The Meeting Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening Aguner's relationships with architectural firms and maincontractors across Singapore.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Call and email architects's offices to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Visit architects offices (with technical team) to introduce our siphonic system and promote CPD talks.
- Coordinate CPD sessions with technical team, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collect and report feedback from architects to help improve engagement strategies.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of architects and firms in Singapore.
Qualifications & Skills
- ITE (Higher NITEC) or GCE A Levels or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
- Fresh graduates are welcome training will be provided.
