Medical Social Worker (WEST, Hospital)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 830am-6pm

Job Scope:

. To assess, provide case formulation and recommendations for treatment.

. To provide appropriate counseling / psychotherapy for inpatients and outpatients.

. To contribute, as part of an inter-disciplinary team, in the overall care plan for the patient.

. As part of an inter-disciplinary team, to facilitate transition to adult-care.

. To develop or improve on workflow for better patient care.

. To initiate and implement new psycho-social programmes

. To assist in the development of materials for teaching and training.

. Provide in-service training for department staff as needed.

Requirements:

. Min Bachelor Degree in Social Work

. Min 2 - 3 years of related work experience in clinical service
