Job Description

Our client is one of the leader in the pharma industry, they are seeking for an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join the team on a 12 month contract.

Contract: 12 months

Location: Central

Salary up to $8000

Scientific & Clinical Engagement

  • Conduct peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange of complex clinical and scientific information.
  • Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs), disease experts, and healthcare providers (HCPs).
  • Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide compliant medical insights to internal teams based on HCP interactions and discussions.
  • Respond to unsolicited medical/scientific inquiries in accordance with compliance standards.

Clinical Trial & Meeting Support

  • Support clinical trial sites with accrual enhancement activities.
  • Provide on-site support at professional conferences, including booth staffing, summarizing scientific sessions, and coordinating TL/HCP meetings.

Medical Expertise & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in hematology/oncology.
  • Ensure all activities follow corporate and healthcare compliance guidelines, including scientific exchange, clinical trial support, and information requests.
  • Represent the company and Medical Affairs team in interactions with the medical and scientific community.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build long‑term collaborative relationships with HCPs, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
  • Provide clinical input and internal training as required.
  • Support development and delivery of clinical content for advisory boards.
  • Partner closely with field teams and headquarters staff to address site queries quickly.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree preferred (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent) with strong clinical and research experience in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Industry experience required; recent experience supporting an oncology or hematology product launch is highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of hospital and community hematology/oncology practices and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional weekends.
  • Fluency in English required.
