Title: Medical Science Liaison Biologics / Vaccines
Location: Singapore (covering Southeast Asia)
Company: A globally expanding biopharmaceutical company
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the medical/scientific interface for the company across Southeast Asia, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clinical experts and KOLs.
Deliver high-quality scientific and product training to healthcare professionals and internal teams; support regional medical education activities, symposiums, and advisory boards.
Collect, interpret, and communicate medical insights from the field to inform medical strategy and support commercial decision-making.
Support or coordinate regional clinical collaborations, investigator-initiated studies, and real-world evidence projects related to biologics and vaccine portfolios.
Ensure all medical activities are conducted in full compliance with local regulations, industry codes, and internal SOPs.
Requirements:
Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences or a related life-science discipline; postgraduate degree (MSc/PhD/MD) is an advantage.
Proven MSL or medical affairs experience in Southeast Asia, with solid understanding of the local healthcare systems and regulatory environment.
Prior experience in vaccine products and/or established KOL networks in infectious diseases, immunology, paediatrics, or related specialties will be a strong plus.
Excellent scientific communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear clinical value messages.
Fluency in English and Chinese is required; additional SEA languages will be an advantage.
Strong self-motivation, ability to work independently in a matrix environment, and willingness to travel across the region.
Compensation:
Target annual base salary around SGD 92,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
