Medical Sales Specialist

Our client is a distributor of medical aesthetic technologies company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Business Development to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.

• Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing customers.

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Deliver professional product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.

• Conduct product training sessions and educational workshops for clients.

• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.

• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and drive product improvements.

• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.

• Respond promptly to client enquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts and business reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in skincare, medical aesthetics, or related industries.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation and influencing abilities.

• Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
