Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across assigned channels, including private clinics, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and retail channels
- Drive achievement of individual and team sales targets through strategic territory planning
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities, while growing and retaining existing accounts
- Develop and execute sales plans to maximise long-term revenue potential
Channel & Distributor Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard distributors and channel partners to expand market reach
- Manage and develop channel sales performance, including setting targets, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Build strong relationships with distributors to drive product adoption, training, and consistent sales growth
Key Account & KOL Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
- Strategise and implement engagement plans to strengthen brand credibility and advocacy
CME & Client Engagement Activities
- Plan, organise, and deliver Continuing Medical Education (CME) talks, workshops, and scientific presentations
- Lead and support client engagement events, including seminars, roadshows, and product launches
- Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful educational and promotional content
After-Sales & Customer Success
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct ongoing market research on competitor products, pricing, and positioning
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine commercial strategies and product positioning
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary Educated
- Preferably 2 years of experience in relevant role in the medical sales industry
- Experience in KOL management
- Excellent communication skills and strong professional mindset in terms of managing relations and complains
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision
- Proficient with standard software for sales presentation and development of any sales materials as necessary
