Medical Sales Representative
Location: Singapore
Traveling: Around islandwide required
Drive business growth and account profitability by managing relationships with hospitals, key doctors, and channel partners provide clinical and technical support for medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve business plan targets and deliver profitable growth within assigned accounts
Engage with doctors/KOLs (e.g., Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists) in private and government hospitals
Manage tenders, consignment stocks, and collaboration with channel partners
Provide technical support and tools maintenance respond promptly to doctor inquiries
Assist with procedures/implantations and conduct follow-up
Resolve issues and perform root cause analysis
Develop and execute strategic account plans effectively
Maintain compliance with business, healthcare, and company regulations
Initiate sales activities aligned with company objectives
Support marketing programs, workshops, congresses, and clinical studies as needed
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related medical discipline
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in the medical industry
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Skills & Attributes
High energy and passion for driving product adoption in assigned accounts
Knowledge of sterile room procedures and medical device product lines
Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors and clinical staff
Clinical support experience during procedures is a plus
Effective communication across organizational levels and customers
Awareness of medical device market trends and ability to identify opportunities
