Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Promotion: Promote pharmaceutical products or medical devices to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Explain product benefits, usage, and clinical data
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). Schedule regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
- Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on product details, competitors, and industry trends. Provide training or informational sessions to HCPs
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Compliance & Ethics: Follow regulations set by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). Ensure marketing practices comply with healthcare laws and ethical guidelines
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from doctors and monitor competitor activity. Identify new business opportunities
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Business or any related field of studies.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic medical/scientific understanding
- Relationship-building and resilience
- Time management and self-discipline
