Key Responsibilities

- Execute marketing initiatives and product-related activities to strengthen market presence and customer adoption.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Support product launches, evaluations, demonstrations, and structured product trials within healthcare settings.
- Provide product training, technical support, and educational sessions to customers when required.
- Handle customer enquiries and product-related feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales performance, and market intelligence.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and professional engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- Uphold ethical business practices and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Strong interest in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to learning.
- Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
