Medical Sales Executive | Healthcare Solutions Consultant #HDC

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive product awareness and support sales growth through strategic account management and customer engagement.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and product-related activities to strengthen market presence and customer adoption.
  • Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Support product launches, evaluations, demonstrations, and structured product trials within healthcare settings.
  • Provide product training, technical support, and educational sessions to customers when required.
  • Handle customer enquiries and product-related feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales performance, and market intelligence.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and professional engagements to enhance brand visibility.
  • Uphold ethical business practices and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to learning.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
