Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily sales activities to maximise customer engagement and business growth.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and provide product information to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance.
- Attend product training sessions and continuously enhance product and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
