Medical Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and execute medical marketing strategies and plans to drive brand awareness in the ethical channel
• Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders on regional product launches
• Develop visually engaging marketing materials and assets for accurate and effective medical communications
• Able to translate and simplify key findings in clinical data into impactful and concise medical communications
• Provide disease and product training to enhance knowledge of local marketing team
• Develop and engage KOLs as part of medical advocacy building (e.g. as speakers, advisory board members, etc.)
• Monitor market environment and competitor activities to identify differentiation and sharpening of key messages
• Support product queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in clinical study planning and manuscript development
• Organise regional marketing events/activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• At least 5 years marketing experience in the ethical channel
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A team player who can navigate around various functions/department, coupled with creativity, resourcefulness and ability to think outside of the box
• Regional experience in the pharmaceuticals industry (desirable but not mandatory)
