We Are Looking For a Motivated And Driven Individual To Join Our Team In Providing Leadership And Management Of The Client And Specimen Management Section. You Will
- Lead a team of about 40 laboratory staff on handling of client enquiries and specimen management
- Conduct detailed investigations on client and specimen management issues
- Participate actively in quality assurance and management
- Assist in establishing, implementing and updating policies and procedures and other related duties as requested or directed
- Assist in staff training and competency assessment for continuous professional development
- Work closely with management team to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the delivery of Pathology Laboratory Services, including use of lab information system
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform 24 hours on-call duties on a rotational basis
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proactiveness with good leadership skills
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
