Medical Interpreter

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
. Provide interpretation services (Japanese-English-Chinese) for Japanese members and their families during medical visits.
. Assist with reception procedures, medical explanations, insurance claims, and payment processing.
. Handle phone calls and email correspondence.
. Translate documents between Japanese, English, and Chinese.
. Perform general administrative and operational support tasks.
. Conduct monthly data entry and manage ad-hoc assignments.
. Standby duty may be required outside regular hours, on weekends, and public holidays (overtime allowance provided for hospital/clinic-related tasks).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Fluency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin for interpretation.
. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
. Experience in the medical field is a plus.
. Available for standby duty 2-3 days per week outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Details
. Monthly salary: S$2,700 - S$4,500 (based on experience)
. Annual leave: 14 days
. Medical support: Insurance coverage provided
. No AWS or performance bonus
