As a Medical Device Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our cutting-edge surgical devices, and innovative implantable solutions within the hospital, clinics, specialist centers in Singapore. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, provide product expertise, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other relevant healthcare professionals
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training to healthcare staff
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers in the operating room and other clinical settings
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support
- Attend relevant industry conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to network and promote our products
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
Minimum Qualification Level:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Diploma with positive and affable personality will also be considered. Prior experience in sales will be an added advantage
- No experience needed as training will be provided
- Strong in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Confident individual with Motivation and Compassion in delivering healthcare solutions
