We are hiring on behalf of our client, an aesthetics company:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Device Sales Representative (Junior) to join our team, specializing in medical devices with a focus on fillers and energy-based devices for the aesthetics and medical fields. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our innovative product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Identify and engage with potential clients, including aesthetics and dermatology clinics, medi-spa centre, wellness centre, rather than traditional healthcare institutions.

• Present and promote injectables (Fillers/Skin booster), energy-based devices, cannulas and cosmeceuticals and skin care products to healthcare professionals.

• Builds strategic partnerships with clinics to integrate devices into their treatment offerings.

• Conducts lunch & learn demonstrations, training workshops and clinical onboarding for practitioners, ensuring safe and effective use of medical devices. This involves hands-on demonstrations and an in-depth understanding of device operation, clinical applications, and technical training for end-users.

• Work with KOL to organize and promote use of devices or products.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in aesthetics treatment and technology.

• Collaborate with third party agencies to drive marketing campaigns and run online promotion when required to align sales strategies.

• Attend trade shows, conferences, and workshops to network and showcase launch of new products.

• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in medical device sales is preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Eloquent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to cater to Mandarin speaking clients.

• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Travel: Willingness to travel as required (within Singapore).
