A Private Medical Clinic Assistant in Singapore supports clinic operations through administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring efficient patient service and smooth coordination with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression
- Register patients and accurately update their personal information in the system
- Schedule and manage appointments to optimize clinic calendar efficiency
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to support patient communication
- Manage patient files and maintain accurate medical records for easy retrieval
- Order and maintain medical supplies and equipment to ensure clinic readiness
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and specialists to facilitate patient care
- Work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple administrative tasks
- Demonstrate a compassionate, patient-oriented approach in all interactions
- Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support clinic operations
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to new healthcare support tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education at the Ordinary Level (O-Level)
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field to enhance job performance
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Conversing in Malay is an added advantage for broader patient engagement
- Experience with Plato software to support clinic administrative systems
Other Information
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
- Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm
