Job Description

• Develop and implement the CNS medical strategy for the Asia region, aligned with global medical affairs strategy and product positioning.

• Lead evidence generation and data dissemination activities, including medical review of studies and scientific materials.

• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), professional associations, and other stakeholders to communicate clinical and scientific data.

• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including medical experts, scientific societies, patient associations, and health authorities, while gathering strategic insights.

• Collaborate with Global Medical teams to design innovative medical affairs plans and studies, including Real-World Evidence (RWE), Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and digital health initiatives relevant to Asia.

• Provide medical leadership and support for scientific advisory boards, symposiums, roundtable discussions, and other educational events.

• Deliver objective, science-based presentations to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other strategic audiences.

• Develop, review, and approve scientific and non-promotional medical materials.

• Partner with Marketing to identify training needs and deliver medical and scientific training programs.

Job Requirement

• Advanced Life Science or Medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent) with experience in a healthcare/pharmaceutical organization.

• Experience in medical affairs and HCP/KOL engagements, particularly in the CNS therapeutic area, is preferred.

• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and process management skills and able to multi-task effectively

• Strong project management skills with excellent communication and influencing abilities.

• Proven ability to work effectively in complex, global, multicultural environments and across cross-functional teams.

• Takes ownership and accountability, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
