Summary:

As we expand our presence in Hong Kong and Singapore, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Medical Manager to lead post-launch medical activities for our new oncology product.
The Regional Medical Manager will play a critical role in developing post-marketing medical strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring the products scientific excellence in the Hong Kong and Singapore markets. This role requires strong expertise in medical affairs, oncology, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-launch medical activities for the new oncology product in Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Develop and implement medical strategies to support the product's clinical and commercial success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and regulatory bodies.
- Provide scientific and medical support for internal teams, including commercial, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
- Organize and lead medical education programs, advisory boards, and scientific discussions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and ethical guidelines in all medical activities.
- Monitor and analyze medical and clinical data, providing insights to support business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or MSc preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in medical affairs or a related field, preferably in oncology.
- In-depth understanding of post-launch medical activities, real-world evidence (RWE), and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Excellent ability to engage with KOLs, HCPs, and industry stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate scientific data into strategic insights.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
