The Medical Affairs Intern (Oncology) role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the pharmaceutical industry while supporting a dynamic Oncology Medical Affairs team. This internship is designed for individuals who are interested in developing practical experience in medical affairs, diagnostics, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will contribute to both internal and external activities, including medical meetings, key projects, and major congress support, while building a strong understanding of how Medical Affairs operates within an Oncology setting.
Job Description
- Support non-promotional medical affairs meetings in both virtual and in-person formats.
- Work across the Oncology cross-functional team to ensure the smooth operation of Medical Affairs and Diagnostic projects, including the Global KEE speaker program and pre-launch/launch medical and diagnostic activities.
- Liaise with external stakeholders for speaker engagements and sponsorships.
- Support key Medical Affairs and Diagnostic projects and congresses, including ESMO, WCLC, APGCS, SABCS, ASH, ESMO-Asia, and ASDP
- Support and organize internal AstraZeneca activities when required, such as Oncology TA meetings, BU meetings, and congress booths.
- Support and organize Medical Excellence activities when required.

Internship Details
- Internship Duration: 5-6 months
- Start Date: Urgent hire — candidates must be available to commence in June 2026/July 2026
- Location Eligibility: Applicants must currently reside in Singapore.
- Documentation Requirements: Applicants must possess the required internship support letter from their respective schools, as well as a valid student pass, where applicable.
