Join AstraZeneca Singapore's Medical Affairs team to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of science, strategy, and execution. In this role, you will support Medical Excellence initiatives across Rare Diseases and broader medical capabilities, contributing to meeting coordination, capability building, project management, and digital/AI initiatives that enhance how Medical Affairs delivers patient and scientific impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Coordination (Medical Excellence): Coordinate internal medical meetings and activities, both virtual and in-person, including agenda preparation, scheduling, logistics, minutes/action tracking, and follow-ups for cross-functional medical team members.
- Capability Building & Workshops: Liaise with Medical team stakeholders to design, schedule, and support the delivery of diversified workshops and training sessions, such as scientific engagement standards, compliance, insights generation, and omnichannel ways of working.
- Project Support (Digital & AI): Support Medical Excellence-led projects, including digital and AI initiatives, across planning, execution, and deliverable tracking; assist with timelines, RAID logs, stakeholder updates, and performance metrics.
- Operations & Process Excellence: Contribute to documentation quality, adherence to standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement activities that enhance the efficiency and consistency of Medical Affairs.

Internship Details
- Internship Duration: 5-6 months
- Start Date: Urgent hire — candidates must be available to commence in mid or end June 2026/July 2026
- Location Eligibility: Applicants must currently reside in Singapore.
- Documentation Requirements: Applicants must possess the required internship support letter from their respective schools, as well as a valid student pass, where applicable.
