1. Telemarketing
- Call potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Give clear information and answer customer questions.
- Find new customers and update their details.
- Work to achieve daily or monthly sales goals.
- Call customers again to maintain interest or confirm sales.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer feedback.
- Support the sales or marketing team when needed.
- Type customer invoices using accounting software
- Prepare and email out invoices to customers
- Able to create and post content, promote products, and engage with customers on social media platforms.
2. Admin Support
- Attend to incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain records
- Attend customer issue and give out the advise for customer
- In charge of arranging daily appointment
- Maintain cleanliness of room
- Type customer invoices using accounting software
- Prepare and email out invoices to customers
- Perform cheque and petty cash deposit
- To learn and perfom on sales tele-marketing
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, & Quickbooks
- Able to speak and read both Chinese & English in order to communication with customers
- Independent and organised, able to multi-task within tight deadlines, and has strong work ethics and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Handle payment, banking and pettycash etc
- Meticulous in details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and time-efficient with the ability to meet deadlines
- Positive, energetic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
