Job Description

Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Planner/Senior Planner with at least 3 years of relevant experience in media planning and campaign implementation across offline and online platforms. As a Planner/Senior Planner, you will operate the most dynamic component of integrated media planning and execution in the team.

Reporting Structure

  • You report to the Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage integrated media strategies across offline and online media platforms (e.g. FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital, and Mobile) across tools and platforms (including Google Ads, TikTok, and Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to achieve business objectives, balancing efficiency, performance, and scale
  • Oversee media budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and cost-effective spend across campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrate strong numerical aptitude and confidence working with media technology platforms and tools
  • Conduct in-depth campaign analysis and deliver clear, insightful reporting to stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively through clear verbal and written updates to clients and internal teams
  • Apply strong analytical skills, including use of Excel (pivot tables, charts, and formulas) to support planning and reporting
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, striving for continuous improvement in campaign performance
  • Deliver interim and post-campaign reports to provide insight and recommendations on media performance
  • Own end-to-end budget planning and financial tracking (media finance) for assigned campaigns - work with billing team to ensure that plans are billed correctly, and in a timely manner

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in media planning for integrated media campaigns (including TV and other offline channels (required), digital display, ad networks, and third-party partners)
  • Knowledge & proficiency in digital buying platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
  • Good understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including offline, digital display, ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work output
  • Able to articulate and communicate clearly
  • Goes through tasks and documents in an organized and efficient manner
  • Adaptable to changes, challenges and directions
  • High energy and an approachable manner
