About the Job
This role provides support for media monitoring, media events, corporate reporting activities, and general administrative and secretariat duties. You will assist in tracking news coverage, consolidating information, coordinating media activities, and supporting the production of key communication materials.
This position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Remuneration will be commensurate with skills, competencies and relevant work experience. Indicative salary ranges are provided to guide applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile daily media monitoring reports.
- Support media events, including weekday and occasional weekend commitments.
- Assist in the production and coordination of the corporate annual report.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings or communication-related activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data consolidation, news tracking, and coordination of media briefings or related events.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Media, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in media relations, news tracking, or corporate communications.
- Good writing and summarisation skills.
- Comfortable with fast turnarounds and handling multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Able to support occasional weekend media events when required.
