Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading global technology MNC – to hire an experienced Media Manager to drive strategic marketing campaigns, large-scale projects and integrated marketing programmes across regional and global markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to work at the intersection of integrated marketing, media, social, events, content and data-driven growth. You will lead projects end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution, stakeholder management, agency coordination, measurement and ROI reporting.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior marketing leaders, sales teams, media agencies, creative partners and cross-functional stakeholders to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement and deliver measurable business impact across APAC.
Office Location: Mapletree Business City

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

The Talent
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant marketing, media, campaign or project management experience.
- Strong performance media expertise
- Hands-on experience with App campaigns (focusing on user acquisition/downloads and post-install engagement)
- Deep knowledge of media measurement (understands attribution, MMMs, incrementality, etc.)
Job Description
- Lead mid-to-large-scale marketing campaigns, programmes and projects from strategy and planning through execution, optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
- Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximise awareness, engagement and demand before, during and after key marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across social, digital, media, on-network and off-network channels.
- Partner with Growth, Content, Design, Sales and other marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns, content and customer experiences.
- Translate business objectives into clear project strategies, marketing plans, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
- Drive audience and campaign analysis to uncover new marketing opportunities, audience insights and growth opportunities.
- Develop positioning, messaging and content strategies that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement across key markets.
- Manage multiple media agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality execution, clear workflows and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Serve as a key point of contact for complex media planning initiatives, partnering with regional and global teams to ensure strategies are effectively scaled.
- Work closely with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify sponsorship opportunities and develop new physical and virtual marketing experiences.
- Lead social media initiatives, including creative content development, social selling programmes, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies.
- Manage relationships with external venues, suppliers, agencies and event partners, including registration platforms, livestream providers, AV suppliers, experiential partners and other vendors.
- Support contract negotiation, budget management, activation planning and vendor coordination for large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Track and report campaign and project performance against agreed ROI, pipeline, revenue, MQL and other business metrics.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness, including cost per lead, demand generated, opportunities influenced and other relevant performance indicators.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns are effectively followed through and converted into meaningful business outcomes.
- Develop and implement marketing communications strategies designed to maximise media, social and public amplification.
- Establish best practices, standards and points of view across advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across campaign processes, agency workflows, measurement frameworks and operational execution.
