Job Scope

. Handle the operation, tooling, documentation and maintenance of the CNC Lathe machines

. Handle the operation, tooling, documentation and maintenance of the spring coiling machine

. Manage the manufacturing process for CNC lathe and spring coiling

. Ensure to achieve maximum machine utilization and production schedule targets

. Perform periodically preventive maintenance for all equipment in production

. Assist to upkeep 5S in production floor

. Any adhoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

Possess strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical components specification

Able to work both independently and as a team player
