MECHANICAL WORK & MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

Subject: Mechanical Maintenance, Repair & Spare Parts Requirements

Our mechanical maintenance work will include the inspection, servicing, repair and proper maintenance of the following equipment:

• Hydrojetting Machine - Complete inspection, servicing and repair
• Air Compressor - Preventive maintenance, servicing and repair
• Spray Pump - Inspection, servicing and replacement of defective parts
• Wilden Pump - Complete inspection, diaphragm/valve replacement, servicing and repair
• Other Mechanical Equipment - Inspection and repair of any related mechanical items whenever required

Spare Parts & Material Requirements

Before starting any repair or major maintenance work, the required spare parts, consumables and materials will be identified and informed to the office in advance.

The requirement list may include:

• Pump spare parts
• Seals, O-rings and gaskets
• Bearings
• Valves and diaphragms
• Couplings
• Hoses and fittings
• Nozzles and connectors
• Belts and pulleys
• Lubricants and grease

Fasteners and other mechanical consumables

Any other equipment-specific spare parts

Advance Notification

• For proper planning and to avoid delays in maintenance work, any spare parts, tools, consumables or materials required for repair will be reported to the office in advance for approval and purchase.
• The equipment will be properly inspected before repair, and the required materials will be listed based on the actual condition of the equipment.
• Objective:
  To maintain all mechanical equipment in good working condition, minimize breakdowns and ensure that required spare parts and materials are available before commencing major repair work.
