Mechanical Technician

Job scope:

• Apply specialized knowledge to implement and maintain pharmaceutical or biological processes
• Calculate, organize, and document data for standard process flow sheets, including instrumentation and control aspects
• Assist in process and unit operation modelling
• Operate processing equipment following correct sequences, specifications, and instructions
• Conduct basic tests and measurements during production to monitor variables such as temperature, density, pressure, and viscosity
• Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and resolve standard engineering issues in existing processes or equipment
• Adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
