Mechanical Technician

1) Ability to read andinterpret mechanical part/assembly drawing and electrical wiring drawing

2) Liaising with designer andprogrammer to understand full system concept, BOM & drawings

3) Liaising with purchaser onpart scheduling and ensure timely delivery

4) Responsible to set-upsystem based on drawings, BOM and system schematic diagram.

5) Understand and study oncustomer system requirements and plan for FAT & SAT

6) Responsible to ensureproject on schedule and on-time delivery

7) Responsible for automationsystem troubleshooting & debug

8) Follow instruction &assignment given by superior

9) Be a team player,self-motivated, take own initiative and be responsible for task given.(Traveling may be required occasionally for oversea projects)

10) Able to accommodate tosite assignment or job for system troubleshoot & repair whenever required(It could be local or oversea)

11) Produce quality works andensure machines meet the required expectations.

12) Take quick actions forissues or problem encountered

13) Perform In-Houseinventory Check list

14) Ensure all safetyregulation & practices are fully compliance at all time

15) Maintain the cleanlinessof workshop / Tool and equipment

16) Able to accommodate tonew assignment to any new job designation within the company when it is view tobe viable by the management

17) Any other task asassigned
