Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of supervisor and technicians on the mechanical/fire protection systems and services
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
- Plan, schedule, and execute monthly Preventive/Breakdown/Corrective maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Perform procurement of services / materials, including liaising with external contractors if necessary for the assigned department.
- Attend client meetings and internal briefings. Provide updates on work progress, technical issues, and improvement plans.
- Ensure accurate and proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists, in line with ENGIE and client quality policies.
- Monitor and ensure that all service delivery meets or exceeds the contractual KPIs.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering and relevant fields.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the facilities management industry (Experience in a hospitality-based industry is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience/technical knowledge in maintenance of Fire alarm and fire protection systems. (Fire Sprinkler, Dry riser systems, Fire Alarm systems).
- Knowledge of Fireworks / EST3 system is a plus
- Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
- Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Have good documentation practice
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
