Job Summary
Lead project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements in calibration-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule workers to optimize project workflow and meet deadlines
- Coordinate and execute project activities to achieve defined objectives efficiently
- Participate in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessment (TRA) to mitigate hazards
- Review and verify drawings before work commencement to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare punchlists and evaluate pipeline conditions to track project progress and quality
- Communicate and obtain approvals from clients to align project deliverables with expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture to protect employees and contractors in the operating unit
- Control and endorse project workers, ensuring contractors understand and follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor chemical cleaning and flushing of lines to maintain operational standards
- Maintain quality and safety standards according to project specifications and requirements
- Verify Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) requirements comply with client specifications to ensure integrity
