Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality in mechanical components and assemblies. The role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures for mechanical parts and assemblies.

• Perform inspections and audits on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.

• Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to address quality concerns.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and certifications.

• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train and guide production teams on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in mechanical quality engineering or similar role or diploma in Mechanical engineering with MIN 10 years related working experience.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical components, manufacturing processes, and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).

• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with minimum guidance

• Team player with good and positive working attitude
