M&E Project Engineer - Facilities Projects & Engineering

Role Overview

As a M&E Project Engineer, you will support the execution of facilities-related projects in a healthcare or critical environment. You'll coordinate with contractors, assist in project documentation, and ensure smooth implementation and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with users and stakeholders to meet project requirements
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment with contractors
  • Assist in preparing RFQ specifications, schedules, and tender evaluations
  • Attend project meetings and support issue resolution
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of systems
  • Verify handover documentation and update progress reports
  • Collaborate with engineers on technical specifications

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (M&E or Civil) with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to QS-related tasks such as cost estimation and contract administration
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Immediate starters preferred
