You will be involved in commissioning and operations across:
- Hot Water / Make-Up / Potable water systems
- FGRU / Flare systems
- Slop / Drain systems
- HCDP / GDU / TEG systems
- Sea Water Injection
- Produced Water systems
- Deluge / Firefighting systems
Core Responsibilities
System ownership -
- Lead commissioning for assigned packages (e.g., flare gas recovery, water injection, produced water systems)
Procedure execution -
- Prepare and execute Mechanical Completion (MC) and Commissioning procedures
- Work with OCPs (Operational Commissioning Procedures) and TCPs (Test & Commissioning Procedures)
Troubleshooting -
- Identify and fix mechanical or process issues during live commissioning tests
- Resolve bottlenecks affecting system performance
Safety & compliance -
- Ensure safe execution of pressure/leak testing (e.g., Nitrogen or Helium tests)
- Strict adherence to commissioning safety protocols, especially in live plant conditions
