Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist (Facility Systems)

Location: Tuas (Free shuttle provided from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)

Gross monthly salary goes up to $4,800++, built on a base of $3,800 (structured around a 4-day work week). With shift and transport allowances (typically $300+) plus overtime, a 13th-month bonus, and performance pay (1-2 months), your total package has serious room to grow. You also get to choose between a 5-day or 6-day work week with 12-hour rotating shifts.

• Keep Us Running: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures fast. When something breaks, you're the one who gets it back online without the drama.

• Master the Core Systems: Take charge of the heavy hitters Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), compressors, and boilers. You know these systems inside and out.

• Build & Repair: Get hands-on with metal fabrication, welding, and drilling. If it needs fixing or upgrading, you've got the practical skills to make it happen.

• Drive Improvement: Go beyond the checklist. You'll play a key role in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement projects that boost production line efficiency.

• Lead by Example: Mentor junior technicians, uphold strict safety standards, and keep the workspace in top shape.
