Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver maintenance execution of rotating equipment in the production unit.
- Plan and Deliver maintenance execution of static equipment and piping works.
- Performs equipment troubleshooting and preventive improvement.
- Ensure Safety, Reliability/ Quality & Cost optimization during maintenance execution.
- Execution Focal point with/consults Operations, Technology, other Engineering and Procurement departments.
- Perform shutdown management planning, preparation & execution.
- Execute plant changes and minor projects meeting safety requirements, budget and schedule.
- Analyze and trouble-shoot mechanical problems.
- Report on recurring problems/breakdowns.
- Spare part management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 5-7 years of engineering/maintenance of rotating & static equipment (experience in oil and gas industry is preferred).
- Good understanding of the various international mechanical engineering standards.
- Able to work independently and participate as a member of a multidiscipline team.
- Troubleshooting and hands on skills.
- Knowledge of SAP or CMMS processes would be an added advantage.
