- Mechanical Engineering Technician
- Location: Tuas
- (Company Transport / Transport Allowance $120 if candidate travel to work by themselves)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) Saturday (8am - 12pm) / Shift Work (Day: 8am - 8pm, Night: 8pm - 8am)
- Basic salary: $2,000 - $2,700 (Entitled to overtime / shift work allowances) + Sign-on bonus (T&C apply)
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in Process Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance on all the equipment in plant as per instruction.
- Inspect and do corrective action on the equipment.
- Updating of preventive maintenance records such as history card checklist.
- Record daily job activities in logbook.
- Minimize equipment breakdowns and down-time through effective problem identification.
- Perform overhauls and maintenance on fans, blowers, various types of pumps, motors, and other equipment.
- Install new equipment and perform inspections to ensure reliable operation.
