Responsibilities
- Perform overhauls and maintenance on UHP pumps, engines, fans, blowers, motors, and other rotating or mechanical equipment at the shipyard to ensure operational reliability
- Assist with the installation of new equipment by supporting setup and conducting inspections to verify safe and reliable operation
- Purchase materials and arrange transportation to the worksite to support maintenance and installation activities
- Record daily maintenance activities accurately and complete work logs to maintain clear documentation
- Handle ad-hoc technical duties as assigned to support team and project needs, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Able to do OT on rotating Saturday/Sunday
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in marine equipment maintenance and repair
- Valid Singapore class 3 driving license
- Valid Singapore Forklift license
- Shipyard Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Mobile Technician Course Certificate
