Job Summary
Perform automation machine assembly, commissioning, installation, and maintenance to support smooth manufacturing operations and uphold environmental safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, commission, and install automation machines according to specifications
- Analyze and resolve machine issues during testing to ensure proper functionality
- Operate facilities equipment to support manufacturing processes
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities systems as scheduled or needed
- Organize and schedule repair work based on departmental job allocation
- Supervise and guide a group of workers performing mechanical tasks to ensure quality and safety
- Respond promptly to operations and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Support manufacturing and related areas to maintain smooth operations and environmental safety standards
- Execute document changes as required to maintain accurate records
- Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor
- Generate simple reports to document work progress and issues
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members at all levels
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to perform tasks accurately
- Work independently to complete assigned duties efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine mechanical part assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to generate simple reports for documentation purposes
