Job Description:

. Strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics

. Enforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs

. Resolve all operational issues and report rectification to management

. Prepare and attend safety and operations meetings and reviews

. Maintain refrigerated containers by managing the status and temperature, fault-finding and troubleshooting, conducting necessary investigation

. Ensure performance levels are in accordance with technical specifications

. Supervise, coach and train new workers

. Explore performance improvement opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in operations
• Minimum Degree or equivalent
• Possess fundamental knowledge of electronics and power elements
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving licence to operate a manual-gear light vehicle
• Possess s Singapore Class 4 driving licence is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to work under stress and meet tight timeline
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
• Able to work on rotating day and night shifts, weekends, public holidays when necessary
• Proficient in MS Office
• Physically fit to handle shift schedules and outdoor conditions
