Mechanical Engineering Director

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director, Mechanical Engineering to join its growing Singapore team to lead the design and delivery of major building services projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering design and project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance.
• Manage clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Support business development, proposals, and project pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years experience in mechanical building services consulting.
• Strong expertise in ACMV systems, including Chilled Water Systems, AHU, FCU, VAV Systems, and Ventilation Systems; Fire Protection systems; and Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority submissions.
• Experience managing engineering teams and client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Singapore-registered Professional Engineer (PE).
