Job description
To deliver exceptional on-site after-sales support for mobile & crawler crane. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Train clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to escalate complex issues and improve product design
- Document service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports
- Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations (e.g., MOM standards) and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy lifting equipment, preferably cranes
- Good communication skills in English ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Valid Singapore Class 3/Class 4 driving license and ability to work autonomously
