Job Responsibilities

. Handle project and contract administration throughout various project phases

. Assist in the design and coordination of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems

. Prepare and submit drawings, calculations, and documentation for regulatory approval

. Develop tender drawings and technical specifications

. Coordinate tender process, including calling of tender, evaluation, and recommendation of award

. Attend and participate in site and coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants

Job Requirements

. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

. 1-5 years of relevant experience in building services preferred

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills

. Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented with the ability to resolve site issues tactfully

. Familiar with local codes, regulations, and submission procedures

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, BIM, and related engineering software
